Emmaline (Emma) joined Jacqui Ion Lawyers in 2023 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2021.
She gained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide and completed her Practical Legal Training through the College of Law.
Emma has a passion for family law and began working in the field whilst undertaking her studies at University. Since being admitted as a practitioner, she has gained experience as a law clerk in small Adelaide law firms, spent time assisting one of Adelaide’s top family law barristers and spent one year as a Deputy Associate to a Judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
